RMT affirm rail strikes will go forward on Thursday
Rail passengers are going through recent disruption throughout the prepare community as employees stage a second day of strike motion amid a bitter dispute over jobs, pay and situations.
Talks had been held on Wednesday between the Rail, Maritime and Transport union (RMT), Community Rail and rail operators in a bid to interrupt the deadlocked row.
However there was no breakthrough, with the RMT criticising Transport Secretary Grant Shapps.
